What would you do better next time? Any future goals influenced by the project?

E.g.

If I had a chance to do this project over again, then i think i wouldn't have wasted my time in the beginning and quickly finished the project, because now i know all the short cuts for doing such research. 

Furthermore, having experienced to work with group I realize that I need to work on my leadership skills.And I hope John Maxwell’s book “Leadership gold” would help me in reaching my aim.
